63rd Annual Meeting

MCCU’s 63rd Annual Membership Meeting will be held in-person on April 2nd. Members can join us at this year’s NEW LOCATION, the Camden High School Auditorium, to hear CEO, David Mooney, speak on Mid Carolina’s progress over the past year and it’s future outlook.

If you’re unable to join us on April 2nd, don’t worry! It will be available for viewing after the live event on Facebook. Copies of the Annual Report will be available on our website the next day following the meeting.


DOOR PRIZE GIVEAWAY*

Members attending the meeting will each receive one ticket entry in our door prize giveaway. For extra chances at our door prizes during the meeting, bring canned or non-perishable goods for our food drive. For every item you bring, up to 10, we’ll give you two extra tickets for our prize drawings. Food donations will go to the Christian Community Ministries of Kershaw County.

2024 Annual Member Meeting Door Prize Giveaway Official Rules

1. No purchase is necessary to enter. Members are allowed one entry for attending annual meeting event. Members are allowed additional entries through food drive donations to non-profit organization Christian Community Ministry’s, a credit union community partner. Members can receive two-entry tickets per every item donated, up to ten (20 tickets total).

2. ELIGIBILITY OF PROMOTION. All members of Mid Carolina Credit Union (Credit Union), address being PO Box 549 Lugoff, SC 29078, that attend the event on April 2, 2024, are eligible for the prize drawings. Individual ticket registration for contest is required to participate in the contest. Members must be 18 years old or older and accounts must be in good standing to legally qualify for entry in the prize drawing.

3. PRIZES. The Credit Union will award eleven (11) prizes via random drawing as follows: 1st prize (1) $500.00 cash, 2nd prize (1) $100.00 cash, 3rd prize (1) $100.00 cash, 4th prize (1) $100.00 cash, 5th prize (1) $100.00 cash, 6th prize (1) $100.00 cash, 7th prize (1) $100.00 cash, 8th prize (1) $100.00 cash, 9th prize (1) $100.00 cash, 10th prize (1) $100.00 cash, 11th prize (1) $100.00 cash. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible registered entries. Some restrictions apply. No substitution of prize permitted.

4. The winners will be selected from entries night of event, April 2, 2024, and must be present to win. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. Winners may be required to supply a social security number to the Credit Union in order to verify membership or file all applicable forms including prize winner release form if required.

5. The Credit Union reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.

6. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

7. The Credit Union cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. The Credit Union is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short code.

8. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her full name, hometown and photograph or likeness for advertising, promotional services, or publicity purposes without compensation.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS. The Credit Union is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize. By entering the contest, the winners agree to be bound by the contest rules and all winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, loss, actions, demands, choses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death.

EVENT LIABILITY STATEMENT

I understand that participation or attendance at any event may include inherently dangerous activities that expose participants to certain damages and risks, including, but not limited to all risks associated with contracting the COVID-19 virus such as serious illness, hospitalization, or death. I also understand that these risks are elevated for individuals with underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, lung disease and heart disease. It will be made clear that if Staff, Guests, or participants become ill or symptomatic or if there are additional advisories or other external restrictions on participation at the event, staff/guests/participants will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
